Who We Are
Xpert AC Service has been keeping homes and businesses cool across Lahore since 2015. What started as a small two-technician operation in Johar Town has grown into one of the most trusted AC service providers in the city — with a team of certified technicians who collectively handle over 200 AC jobs every month.
We are not a franchise. We are a locally owned, family-run business. Every technician on our team has been personally trained and vetted. When you call us, you speak to someone who actually knows Lahore’s heat, Lahore’s power fluctuations, and which AC problems are most common in this city during the peak summer months of May through August.
Our Story
In 2015, our founder started this business with one van, two technicians, and a simple promise: show up on time, fix it properly, charge a fair price. Back then, most AC service providers in Lahore had a habit of overcharging or doing temporary fixes that brought the customer back within weeks.
We decided to do things differently. We invested in proper diagnostic tools, used genuine parts, and trained our team to explain the problem to customers in plain language before starting any work. Word spread. Within two years, we had expanded our team and were serving hundreds of regular customers across Johar Town, DHA, Gulberg, and Model Town.
Today, in 2026, we serve all areas of Lahore, operate 24/7, and maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5 — not because we claim it, but because our customers leave those reviews on Google.
Our Team
Our senior technicians have between 5 and 15 years of hands-on experience with all major AC brands: Gree, Haier, Dawlance, Orient, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Samsung, and LG. We are trained to work on split ACs, window ACs, inverter ACs, cassette units, and commercial HVAC systems.
Every technician carries a proper toolkit, wears a uniform, and follows a checklist-based service protocol — so nothing gets missed and nothing gets overlooked.
